Tracy Peters, Partner

Tracy Peters, a native of Saint-Paul, New  Brunswick has seven years of experience practicing law and is a skilled  litigator, experienced in complex family law matters. She is also trained in  Collaborative Law and is a member of Moncton Collaborative Law Group. Tracy  also practices in the area of civil litigation and offers legal services in  French and English.

With a focus on family law, Tracy has  attended the National Family Law Program in Muskoka in 2008 and Victoria in  2010. Tracy is member of the Board of Directors of the Vitality Health  Network. She is Supervisor of Pro-bono Students Canada at l’Université de  Moncton for the YWCA Family Law Information Services Project, a member of the  Chamber of Commerce and a member of l’Association des juristes d’expression  française du Nouveau-Brunswick.

Tracy has lectured at the Bar Admission course in the area of Family Law. She has also given lectures on estate planning for blended families to the Family Law section for the Canadian Bar Association, NB Division, and lectures on Wills and Estates and Power of Attorneys to various non-profit associations. She is also Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Mid-Winter sessions.
